The Magical Amulets of the Ancient Sages and Bibliotheca Necromantica by Trithemius and translated by Robert Nixon is now available to purchase in both hard and softcover from Hadean Press, with the epub to follow when our new site goes live in August.  

This short work includes Trithemius’ compilation on the properties of magical amulets and an astonishing insight into the occult literature in circulation in Europe in the late Middle Ages. Purchase your copy on the main website here, or the EU site here.

The hardcover edition is a sewn bound hardback, with 19th century Western European reproduction decorative endpapers, covered in Heritage Library Buckram Bottle Green with pearl foil stamping on front and spine, and dark green head and tail bands. Limited to 300 unnumbered copies.

Whilst this is not a pre-order, we will begin shipping orders in August as the warehouse will be closed from 21 – 30 July.
